THE GOAL
Our team benchmarked the museum's current navigation through surveys, diary studies, and field studies. We also conducted competitive and SWOT analyses to better understand the target audience and the university museum landscape. We wanted to create a solution that highlighted key wayfinding touchpoints while elevating their brand identity. Here are some of the images we used for inspiration.

User testing
Our team conducted A/B testing and asked participants to tell us how they would navigate to different exhibitions. We were able to pinpoint areas of confusion in the floor plan illustrations and made changes to improve visual navigation. Our user testing resulted in a 73rd percentile usability satisfaction score.
